Returns Policy

At textilura, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@textilura.com; if approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages or incorrect items immediately. Note that we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certain non-returnable goods such as custom, perishable, or hazardous items. For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation period applies. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Shipping

At textilura, we provide shipping across the United States through trusted carriers. Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, although delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
