Returns Policy

At textilura, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@textilura.com; if approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages or incorrect items immediately. Note that we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certain non-returnable goods such as custom, perishable, or hazardous items. For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation period applies. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
