To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Note that we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certain non-returnable goods such as custom, perishable, or hazardous items. For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation period applies.
